Agreement to these terms
These terms are a contract between you and Hardaway Learning and Northtek, who jointly operate Alaska Growth Initiative ("AGI", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying a programme from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we offer, and how buying works
AGI teaches personal branding. We currently offer a three-session in-person workshop, a self-paced Bootcamp, and a 90-day Done-For-You build.
Nothing on this website has a checkout. Every offer starts with a discovery call. Pricing is discussed on that call. If we do not think we are the right fit for you, we will say so.
Any purchase you go on to make is completed on a separate platform, and course materials and the workbook are delivered through our community platform after payment. Those platforms have their own terms, which apply to you alongside these.
Programme terms
Three-session workshop
- Seats are limited by the room and are confirmed on payment.
- Your seat covers the three live sessions and a printed copy of the workbook.
- Dates are announced in advance. If we have to move a session, we will offer you the new date or a place in a later run.
The Bootcamp
- One purchase covers the recorded courses and the digital workbook.
- Access is personal, individual and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials terminates access without refund.
- Live instruction, feedback, coaching and community access are not included unless we say so separately.
Done-For-You
- A 90-day engagement with a limited number of places each quarter.
- Scope is agreed before we start, and it requires your participation. We build with you, not instead of you.
- You own the assets we create for you - the accounts, the content, the site and the calendar are yours at the end.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital products are not refundable once access has been granted. The courses and the workbook are delivered immediately and in full, so the sale is final from the moment your access is issued.
- Workshop seats are non-refundable, because a seat held for you is a seat nobody else can take. If you cannot attend, tell us before the first session and we will transfer your seat to a future run, or you may send someone in your place.
- Done-For-You is a scoped engagement. Cancellation terms are set out in the agreement you sign before work begins.
- If we cancel a programme outright and cannot offer you an alternative, you get a full refund of what you paid for it.
Nothing here limits any refund right you have under Alaska or United States consumer law that cannot be waived.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any income, audience size, or business result. The figures on this site describe what specific people achieved. They are illustrations, not typical results, and not a promise of what you will achieve.
Building an audience depends on your effort, your consistency, your market, your starting point, and factors none of us control, including how platforms choose to distribute content. Many people who buy education like this do not achieve significant results. We teach a method that worked and show you how it was done; the work is yours.
Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, or business advice. Get your own professional advice before making decisions that affect your money or your legal position.
Intellectual property
The courses, the workbook, the frameworks, the site and its content belong to us or to our licensors. When you buy a programme we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials to build your own brand.
You may not copy, resell, share, publish, record, or use our materials to teach a competing programme. You may absolutely use what you learn to build and run your own business - that is the point.
Work we create for you under Done-For-You is yours, as described above.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, to submit someone else's personal information, or to send us abusive content through the forms.
In our programmes and community we expect ordinary decency toward staff and other participants. We may remove access, without refund, for harassment or abuse.
Third-party links and platforms
This site links to other services, including our scheduling tool, our community platform, and social media profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability. When you use them, their terms apply to you.
Liability
We provide this website and our programmes with reasonable care and skill, but "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you buy. If a change materially affects a programme you have already paid for, the terms you bought under continue to apply to it.
We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
